2012-malorie-200My name is Malorie and this will be my fifth season with the Jazz Dancers. I am 23 years old and have lived in Utah for 20 of those years. I have always been an avid Jazz fan.  I have been dancing for 19 years and always wanted to be a performer.  I have loved living the dream with the Jazz these past five years!  The feeling you get walking on the court to a cheering crowd in a full arena is something that can’t be described.  It’s amazing!

Away from dancing, I love to watch movies, go on road trips, hike, camp, and especially exercise.  Our trainer, Neil Anderson, has helped me realize the importance of living a healthy life and I will take that with me as long as I live.  I also love to cook and bake.  I usually don’t have much time for it, but when I do it is something that I love and enjoy.  The most important thing to me in life is my family.  I have been married for two years to the best husband I could ask for.  I also have one younger brother and one younger sister who I love to pieces.

I attended the University of Utah for two years majoring in Exercise Science.  I currently teach dance, assistant coach the Bountiful High drill team, and waitress on the side. I live a busy life, but love every minute of it!
